Vacancy - Workshop Supervisor/Assistant Service Manager - Manchester

Our client, The best Motor Trade Employer in the North West, is looking to recruit an experienced Workshop Controller/Assistant Service Manager.

The main responsibilities for this role will include:

- Maximising the productivity, efficiency and utilization of the workshop.
- Maximising sales opportunities through the workshop.
- The allocation of jobs to the technicians dependent on duration, skill level and job requirement.
- Ensuring that any warranty work deemed to be necessary is correctly diagnosed and is authorized by either the warranty controller or the manager.

- The successful candidate must have previous experience in a similar role and a strong understanding of sales processes
- A full clean driving licence is essential.

The successful candidate will be responsible for 30 Technicians in the workshop.

Salary:
Basic - 38k (negotiable for the right person)
+ bonuses

Hours:
Monday to Friday - 8.30am to 5:30pm
Saturday on rota - 8:30am to 12.30pm (1 in 4)
