• Starting salary from £30,000 per annum however this is negotiable pending experience and current earnings (applicants on a higher wage are encouraged to apply!)

Workshop Controller required for Successful Automotive Car Dealership in the Truro area.

Our Client is seeking a Workshop Controller to join their busy service department and it is essential that you have a previous working experience within a busy Automotive Workshop.

Hours of work for this Workshop Controller role are Monday to Friday 8:15am-5:15pm with a half-hour lunch

The Salary being offered to the successful Workshop Controller is up to £30,000 with OTE £35,000.

Duties of a Workshop Controller:

• Allocating work to the technicians within the Workshop
• Ensuring all associated administration is completed to a very high standard
• Maintaining High Levels of Customer Satisfaction
• Supervising the team of Vehicle Technicians
• Complying with Health and Safety regulations and ensuring the Workshop is a safe place to work

The Successful Workshop Controller will:

• Have a previous working experience within a similar role; or be working as a Vehicle Technician and looking to take the next step in their career
• Strong Leadership skills
• A full and valid UK Driving Licence
• Ability to work under pressure and manage a busy Workshop
