We are recruiting for a Workshop Controller on behalf of a Car Dealership in the Essex Area.
Job Summary
- Manage stable team of 12 Technicians
- Allocate work in the most efficient manner
- Oversee running of Workshop
- Ensure Health & Safety is complaint
- Coach and mentor colleague to achieve maximum productivity
Requirements & Qualifications
- At least 3 years expeeicne as Workshop Controller within a main dealership
- Previous Technical experience as Technician or similar role essential.
- Knowledge of Kerridge , Pinnacle or Drive IT systems
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
- Full Driving Licence
