Alloy Wheel Repair Technician

Bowker Motor Group are recruiting a full-time Alloy Wheel Refurbishment Technician for their Preparation Centre in Blackburn.

Main duties will include:

• Being responsible for carrying out high-quality wheel repairs and refurbishments, including alloy wheel repair and diamond cut finishes
• Remove/Refit/Balance wheels and tyres
• Strip wheels using various techniques
• Dress and repair wheels using various techniques
• Use the shot-blaster to clean/key wheel surfaces
• Paint/recoat wheels
• Carrying out work to the highest quality levels
• Completing documentation to the standards required by the Company
• Meeting relevant Manufacturer/Insurer standards and requirements
• Ensuring good standards of housekeeping at all times

Skills & Experience:

• Self-motivated
• Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
• An effective communicator

Working hours are 40 per week, Monday to Friday, with an unpaid lunch break of 30 minutes.
