Vehicle Technician

Vehicle Technician- Prestige Main Dealer Franchise in Hyde

• Basic Salary- From £26,****** (Salary expectations can be discussed) Dependent of level of technician. 
• OTE- £43,****** uncapped bonus structure. 
• £1500 Joining bonus for technicians. 
• 40 hours per week (Mon-Friday with Saturdays on a rota basis)

Our client is well renowned car dealership with sites located across the UK. They are currently looking to add an experienced Vehicle Technician to their ever growing team. The Ideal candidate will have 3 years+ previous experience of the vehicle technician role and a Level 3 qualification would be desirable. A full UK license with less than 6 points is needed. 

The successful Vehicle Technician will have:

• Knowledge and experience of using modern diagnostic equipment. 
• An NVQ level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent. 
• Previous Main Dealer experience for 3 years+
• A full/clean UK driving license. 
• Approved MOT Tester would be desirable. 

Benefits the successful Vehicle Technician will receive: 

• A basic salary from £26,****** this can be discussed. Dependent on level of technician.
• OTE up to £43,000 uncapped. 
• Working in a modern day garage with modern equipment. 
• Working for a large main dealer network with room for progression and lots of training opportunities. 

Responsibilities of a Vehicle Technician: 

• Performing diagnostic tests and identifying faults in vehicles
• Carrying out routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles, including servicing, brakes, suspension, and engine work
• Completing work to a high standard and in a timely manner
• Using diagnostic equipment and computer systems to diagnose vehicle problems
• Ensuring that all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations
• Providing exceptional customer service and building strong customer relationship
