The Role
- Carry out Bodywork Estimates on Customers Vehicles using the latest software
- Dealing with Insurance Companies regarding repairs
- Ensure customers receive excellent service at all times.
About you
- At least 2 years experience as a Vehicle Damage Estimator.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to liaise with Insurance Engineers to ensure the correct times are agreed.
- Self motivated to give excellent customer service.
- Knowledge of Audatex or equivalent systems
