An excellent opportunity has arisen to join the Parts team of an established and successful Parts hub in the Swanley area.
Job Role - Trade Parts Advisor
Job Location - Swanley
Salary - £29,000 plus £6,000 per annum bonus. This can increase on performance.
Hours - Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm plus 1 in 3 Saturdays.
Responsibilities will include the below but will develop and increase as the successful candidate progresses:
- Dealing with customers coming into the front counter
- Dealing with customer phone orders
- Serving the workshop staff
- Providing quotes to customers and workshop staff
- Checking in parts deliveries
- Managing parts stock
- To promote parts sales
The ideal candidate will have:
- Good solid parts background / trade parts
- Telesales experience
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- A good team ethic
- Flexibility
- Good organisational skills
