Do you have experience working in face-to-face customer service? Have you worked on a service desk within the motor trade? Are you in an Advisor role, administration or tele-sales role? Looking for a better work-life balance role?

I am working with a client of mine who is a specialist in the aftermarket area of the motor trade who are looking for a Sales and Service Advisor who can come straight into the business and hit the ground running providing a fantastic customer service.

What is needed as a Service and Sales Advisor:

• Previous experience in a similar position in the motor trade.
• Experienced in face-to-face customer service and sales.
• Confident in serving customers on the service desk, over the phone or online.
• Able to upsell products or parts.
• Possess strong communication skills.
• Able to advise and take orders for new services, parts or accessories.
• Can assist with any stock taking/levels.

• Quarterly bonus scheme available
• Monday – Friday
• No weekends
• 37.5 hour working week.
