Regional General Manager

We are recruiting an Automotive General Manager for a dealer group in Eastern Europe, and interested in engaging with experienced Regional General Managers, or very large single site General Managers. 5 years UK Automotive GM experience is essential.

The role will involve managing multiple businesses in total with 4 franchises.

All are modern purpose built premises, sales, service and parts and a total headcount of 200 employees.

The group are currently expanding showrooms and premises.

Remuneration = €80,000 base salary + bonus. Anticipated OTE = €120,000 plus extensive benefits to include;

- Accommodation
- Company Car
- Fuel
- All flights to and from the UK.

Time split = approximately 3 weeks on region and then a week in the UK working remotely.

English speaking management teams in all businesses.
