Our client, a well-established family-run car garage in Stevenage, Hertfordshire, is seeking a dedicated Part-Time Customer Automotive Receptionist to join their service team on a part time basis Monday to Friday in the mornings only This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys working with the general public.
 
Key Responsibilities of the Part Time Automotive Receptionist:

• Service Reception Management: Efficiently and effectively manage the service reception area.
• Customer Journey Coordination: Ensure a seamless customer journey from booking to vehicle collection.
• Team Coordination: Coordinate with Vehicle Technicians, order parts, and prioritize workload.
• Customer Enquiries: Handle customer enquiries, including job pricing.
• Administrative Duties: Perform administrative tasks such as invoicing, data input, and maintaining up-to-date customer records.
• Quality and Satisfaction: Uphold high standards for quality and customer satisfaction.
