• Salary: £27,****** OTE £33,******
• Hours: 08:00 - 16:30 M-T / 08:00 - 15:30 F
• Overtime: 07:00 - 08:00 / 16:30 – 17:00 M-T Paid at 1.5X Hourly Rate

Our client, a well-respected name in the performance automotive drivetrain industry, is seeking a dedicated and self-motivated Parts Stores Advisor to join their expanding team in Sevenoaks. Our client is a global leader, supplying motorsport users, volume OEMs, and commercial customers with a variety of precision-engineered products for cars, motorcycles, and specialist vehicles. Key Responsibilities as a Parts Stores Advisor:

• Accurately selecting stock according to dispatch notes and work orders
• Verifying and organising deliveries from suppliers and the factory
• Performing regular stock level assessments
• Coordinating with various departments including Sales, Factory, Fitting, and Dispatch
• Assisting in packing and shipping when needed
• Managing work orders on the computer and handling email communications
• Ordering necessary materials and supplies
• Maintaining a clean and organised workspace

Desired Experience/Skills as a Parts Stores Advisor:

• Previous experience in inventory management or a similar role
• Familiarity with IT systems, particularly Microsoft Office
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality standards
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
