Parts Sales Manager- Location: Croydon, Surrey
- Salary: Basic Salary Up to £38,000, OTE £44,000
- Hours: 45 Hours per week Monday - Friday with 1 in 3 Saturday Mornings
Parts Sales Manager required for Automotive Leading Parts Factor located in Croydon.
We are recruiting for a Parts Sales Manager for our Client’s bodyshop. As a Parts Sales Manager for our Client you will be responsible for leading a busy Parts Department.
The salary on offer for this Parts Sales Manager is £44,000 OTE.
Parts Sales Manager Person Specification:- A previous working experience as a Parts Sales Manager
- Managing the sourcing and supply of vehicle parts
- Achieving Parts Sales Volumes and profit objectives
- Motivating and developing the Parts Team
- Strong Interpersonal Skills
The responsibilities of this Parts Sales Manager role are:- Maximise the profit opportunity in the Parts Department
- Overseeing the effective Management of all Parts and consumable stocks
- As a Parts Sales Manager it is your duty to recruit for Parts Team Members
- Maintaining standards of performance in the Parts Department through coaching and development.
