Digital Sales Executive

Pembrook Resourcing are currently seeking an Digital Sales Executive on behalf of our client, A well renowned dealership in the area.

 

Profile

As a Digital Enquiry Agent, you’ll have a key role in converting online interest into showroom visits, ensuring potential buyers experience the luxury of our vehicles firsthand. With a strong emphasis on team collaboration and support, you’ll be part of an environment that fosters both personal and professional growth.

 


 

Role Overview: 


Your primary responsibility as a Digital Enquiry Agent is to generate showroom traffic by con-verting digital enquiries into confirmed showroom appointments. Acting as the first point of contact for customers across all digital platforms, your role is crucial in driving the success of the Sales team and ensuring each customer is well-informed and excited to visit our dealership.

 

Working closely with the Sales team, you’ll coordinate and book appointments, manage en-quiries, process deposits, and ensure that potential customers feel valued and engaged. This is an exciting opportunity for those passionate about vehicles and delivering exceptional ser-vice in a high-energy team environment.

 


 

Key Responsibilities 

 
  • Maximise Showroom Visits: Engage customers via digital channels such as email, live chat, WhatsApp Business, and phone to book appointments for showroom visits, driving traffic to the dealership.
  • Team Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with the Sales team, ensuring diaries are efficiently managed and appointments are properly coordinated to optimise customer experience and team effectiveness.
  • Deposit Handling: Accurately process customer deposits, providing clear explanations on terms and refund policies, all while complying with FCA regulations. Ensure secure and efficient processing and documentation.
  • Customer Engagement: Build strong rapport with potential buyers, encouraging them to visit the showroom where they can see the value and quality of our vehicles in person.
  • Meet Targets: Achieve monthly KPIs of 15 deposits and 40 attended appointments, supporting the team in hitting their sales goals.
  • Compliance Adherence: Maintain FCA compliance and ensure accurate recording of all customer interactions and transactions, in alignment with dealership and regulatory standards.
  

What We’re Looking For

  
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing or enquiry-handling role, ideally within the auto-motive industry or an FCA-regulated environment.
  • Team player with strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • A strong interest in vehicles, with a good understanding of car features, specifications, and the automotive industry.
  • Excellent persuasive communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • High attention to detail with experience in CRM systems and digital payment processing.
  • Full, clean UK driving licence is required.
