Motor Vehicle Technician - Guildford Area

Our client looking for a driven and dedicated Vehicle Technician to join their team in Guildford.

Salary:
Basic of between £29.9k and £43.2k, dependent on experience.
Bonus of up to £10k per annum

Working Hours:
40 hour work week, Monday to Friday
1 in 4 Saturday mornings paid as overtime

New Technicians are eligible for welcome bonuses totaling £1,500* T&Cs apply

What you'll do day to day:

• MOT's
• Carry out vehicle maintenance and repair
• Testing, diagnosing, and resolving faults
• Working on electrical and mechanical systems
• Inspecting components for wear and tear
• Repairing and replacing parts
• Checking vehicle subsystems

Helpful Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum Level 2 Vehicle Maintenance & Repair NVQ or equivalent
• A full UK driving license
• Proficiency in the use of modern diagnostic equipment
• The capability of working to the highest quality standards and to efficiency targets
• Great team player and communication skills
