We currently have an exciting position as a Mobile HGV Technician in the fantastic team at our DAF Trucks dealership in Peterborough.

Who are we looking for as a Mobile HGV Technician:

• You will have previous experience working as a HGV Technician / Mechanic within the Commercial Vehicle, LGV, PSV, Heavy Plant, HGV, Car or an associated sector.
• Ideally have a qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
• Or a time served Technician.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Happy working on call when required.

The Mobile HGV Technician role / responsibilities include (but not limited to):

Attending callouts for broken down / accident damaged trucks within Peterborough and surrounding geographical area. Fault find Mechanical, Electrical and Body issues. Ensure repairs are carried out according to manufacturer’s procedures and in a safe and responsible manner. Attend any technical or development training that is made available.
