HGV Technician / HGV Fitter

• Starting salary up to £16-18 per hour pending experience/qualifications increasing to £16.50 - 18.50 after probation period, plus overtime, bonuses, and optional breakdown assistance van coverage.
• 40 hour Mon-Fri split shift rota: week one is 7:00am-3:30pm and week two is 12:00pm-8:30pm. Also 1 in 2 Sat 8:00am - 12:00pm paid at overtime.

We are currently seeking a HGV Technician / HGV Fitter on behalf of our Client, an Automotive long-established franchise approved commercial vehicle dealership based in the Cross Hands area.

The successful HGV Technician / HGV Fitter can expect a salary of up to £36,000 with OTE of circa £50,000 with working hours of 40 hour Mon-Fri split shift rota: week one is 7:00am-3:30pm and week two is 12:00pm-8:30pm. Also 1 in 2 Sat 8:00am - 12:00pm paid at overtime.

Our Client is looking for a HGV Technician / HGV Fitter to join their busy team, this is a full-time position and our Client is looking for individuals with previous working experience within the role.

Typical Duties of a HGV Technician for our client include, but are not limited to:

• Servicing, repair and Maintenance of HGVs
• Completion of Job Sheets and Documentation
• Liaising with the Service Department and Parts Department
• Completion of MOT preparation

Requirements of this HGV Technician vacancy:

• Previous working experience within the role
• Fully qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
• Excellent mechanical knowledge
• A Class 1 Licence may be beneficial to your application
