• Hours: Monday - Friday ONLY

An exciting opportunity has become available for an Automotive Classic Car Technician / Vehicle Mechanic within a renowned Classic Car Restoration Workshop located in Liss.

Our Automotive Client has a need for a Classic Car Technician or Vehicle Mechanic who is motivated and able to work to their own initiative.

The ideal Motor Trade Classic Car Technician will be fully qualified and experienced within the Classic Car Technician role.

Typical Duties as a Classic Car Technician / Vehicle Mechanic include but are not limited to:

• Perform assigned work to a high professional standard
• Carry out classic car restoration projects based on customer requests
• Dismantle, label, and store vehicle parts and assemblies
• Undertake day-to-day vehicle mechanics, fabrication, and motor engineering (this is not a simple parts-fitting role!)
• Assess and either replace or restore stripped components
• Compile clear parts and materials lists to assist with the purchasing process
• Reassemble restored vehicles, ensuring top-notch quality and long-term customer satisfaction

Classic Car Technician / Vehicle Mechanic Requirements:

• NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, with a minimum of 4 years’ workshop experience
• Enthusiastic, respectful, and friendly attitude towards both customers and colleagues
• Positive, can-do approach to work
• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences
• High integrity and a strong drive to succeed
• Team player with excellent customer service skills
• Honest and diligent work ethic
• Organised and systematic in handling tasks
• Previous experience with classic vehicles and a solid understanding of automotive systems
• Full and valid UK Driving Licence

The salary of this Classic Car Technician role is up to £35,000 basic.

Hours of work in this Classic Car Technician role are Monday - Friday ONLY.
