Our client, one of the best motor trade employers in the Northwest is looking to recruit an experienced Bodyshop Workshop Controller.

Are you an experienced Bodyshop Workshop Controller from the main dealer world or an independent bodyshop looking for a new challenge to take your career to the next level?

The Role:

• You will be responsible for the daily control of the bodyshop/workshop in order to maintain a high level of productivity and quality.
• You will be required to run an efficient operation ensuring customer satisfaction and retention through achieving maximum utilisation of bodyshop facilities, as well as overseeing and motivating all bodyshop colleagues.
• You will also actively contribute to the implementation of safe working practices, training courses and security within the department assisting the Bodyshop Manager.

About You:

• You will currently be in the same type of role as a Bodyshop Workshop Controller or in a supervisory role within a bodyshop and have experience at developing relationships with customers and colleagues.
• You will have the drive and determination to maintain a productive department and the ability to work under pressure and achieve results through other people. It is essential that you have experience within a bodyshop environment.

Experience:

• - Bodyshop experience.
• - Excellent leadership skills.
• - In depth knowledge of contemporary bodyshop systems, technology and operating processes.
• - Proven and demonstrable man management skills.
• - Ability to coach and motivate a team to achieving targets.
• - An in depth understanding of current smart repair processes and an appreciation of the corresponding profit potential available to the business.
• - Experienced in Bodynet Management System, Drive, Word, Excel and Outlook systems.
