£29,250 Basic + Bonus OTE £32,250 uncapped

Our client, the No1 motor trade employer in the North West, is looking to recruit an experienced Bodyshop/Workshop Controller: -

Are you an experienced Bodyshop Workshop Controller looking to join a highly successful business?

Responsible for the daily control of the bodyshop/workshop in order to maintain a high level of productivity and quality.
You will be required to run an efficient operation ensuring customer satisfaction and retention through achieving maximum utilisation of bodyshop facilities, as well as overseeing and motivating all bodyshop colleagues.
As part of this role you will also oversee the smart repair side of the business
You will also actively contribute to the implementation of safe working practices, training courses and security within the department
Assisting the Bodyshop Manager

Experience Required

You will currently be in the same type of role as a Bodyshop Controller / Workshop Controller or in a supervisory role within a Bodyshop and have experience at developing relationships with customers and colleagues. You will have the drive and determination to maintain a productive department and the ability to work under pressure and achieve results through other people. It is essential that you will have experience within a bodyshop environment.
