Assistant Service Centre Manager needed in Nottingham

• Basic salary of up to £34,000.
• OTE of c. £36,000.
• Working Hours: 5 day working week (Day off during the week when you work Saturdays).
• Candidates with Fast Fit management experience are sought, as well as those who have experience in high-volume dealers.
• Our client is also seeking applications from passionate and experienced Vehicle Technicians, eager to progress into a managerial position.
• Guide a talented team of Technicians to complete a full range of jobs.

Our client, a highly regarded Service Centre, is seeking an Assistant Manager to join their team in their busy Nottingham branch.

What will the successful Assistant Service Centre Manager do?

• Manage a small team of Technicians.
• Organise workload and workshop bookings.
• Operate workshop loading system.
• Deal with customer enquiries in person and by telephone.
• Quote for repairs.
• Accurately record faults with vehicles/complete job sheets.
• Manage and order parts.
• Work on the tools when required (Semi-Productive).

The successful Assistant Service Centre Manager will have:

• A relevant formal qualification in Automotive City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2/3.
• Current experience in fast fit management or as a Vehicle Technician.
• Own Set of Tools.
• MOT Licence preferred although not essential.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
