Our client in Surrey is currently recruiting for an Alloy Wheel Refurb Technician to undertake alloy wheel repairs for trade and private clients. These repairs will include painted wheels, colour changes & diamond cut replications. The basic salary on offer is £28k plus bonus taking your potential earnings to £34k..

Requirements

Experience as an Alloy Wheel technician is preferred or you could come from another role such as a Tyre Fitter or Paint Sprayer. You will be expected to: 

  • Repair scratches, scuffs and dents, on alloy wheels of all models and styles
  • Spray painting & Powder-coating all makes and models of Alloys
  • Refurbish alloy wheels, by aqua blasting, sand blasting, chemical paint stripping, labelling and alloy identification
  • Have the ability to work to a high standard within agreed workshop timeframes

You must:

  • Have high attention to detail;
  • Have knowledge of the motor industry;
  • Have excellent customer service skills;
  • Have held a Driving Licence held for at least 2 years;
  • Be able to be self-motivated, flexible & good at time keeping

Working hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm.
